Opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Project Manager to join a National Tier 1 Contractor for new build commercial project in Sligo. As one of Irelands leading Building Contractors they pride themselves on reputation for delivering high quality projects in the fields of Commercial, Mixed-Use, Pharmaceutical, Residential, Educational and Fitout with range from €2M to north of €100M
They have a significant pipeline of upcoming work in the West ensuring continuity & development
Our Client has won numerous awards i.e. Contractor of the Year, Project of the Year, Health & Safety awards etc

Circa 2/3 years site based experience with Main Contractor
Degree qualified Engineer / Construction Management
Working side by side with PM
Dealing with RFIs / technical submittals / design teams / interpret drawings etc
The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative and keen to fast track their career
Collaborate with PM / CM / QS on programme, planning, equipment, materials, schedules etc
Quality Management, Health & Safety, Risk Assessment etc
This is not a setting-out role
Salary €50K - €60K + transport + package
