Location: Steamboat
Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week guaranteed. They would also love help on occasional weekends and evenings.
About the Family:
- Three school-aged children will be in the home and the candidate will assist with pick-ups and drop-offs. Light additional childcare help will be needed for short periods at a time.
- Mom and Dad will be around and in and out of the home throughout the day.
- The family has two friendly small dogs so pet care will be needed.
- Housing will be provided by the family. The Family assistant will have their own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and entrance.
About the Job:
- All Housekeeping and Family Assistant Duties will be needed. While the family has their own cleaning crew twice a week the Housekeeper/Family Assistant must maintain and keep the home organized. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to light childcare, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, dishes, laundry, pet care, managing cleaning crew, assisting with light cleaning such as vacuuming floors, sweeping, wiping down surfaces, tidying up, assisting with party planning, organizing the home, and managing vendors.
- A vehicle will be provided or they will offer mileage reimbursement.
- Travel is not required.
- Benefits include, housing, medical, 401k, 10 days of paid time off, paid major holidays, and paid sick time.
- Vaccinations are not required.
- The family also has a household engineer who works on projects around the home as well as a cleaning crew who helps with deep cleaning twice a week.
The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this role will be proactive, detail-oriented, and will enjoy the outdoors and everything Steamboat has to offer. The family would love to see previous housekeeping, house management, and childcare experience. Must have a "can do" attitude and be willing to take on a variety of tasks, wear many hats, and work collaboratively with other members of the household staff. The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Rate of Pay (Gross): $60K-$80K + Housing
