Key Areas of Responsibility

- Responsible for end-to-end order processing
- Maintain solid relationships with our Shared Service Center and Sales teams
- Prepare and adapt the short- and long-term production schedule
- Work closely with the demand planners to understand and monitor the demand forecasting drivers
- Liaise with the Purchasing team to achieve the order confirmation according to market needs and group KPIs
- Calculate and report the monthly delivery performance KPIs
- Use escalation processes in a timely and effective manner
Requirements
- Technical/commercial educational background
- Minimum 1-year experience in Supply Chain/Logistics environment
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Effective analytical skills

- SAP knowledge/experience
