As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Gigster, you will be responsible for engaging with and qualifying inbound leads and prospecting within our customer base. You'll be joining a multidisciplinary team composed of highly motivated and results-driven individuals working on cutting-edge technology like blockchain and ai/ml.

What will you be doing?
- The core of your day will focus on engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and communicating how Gigster's services and offerings can fulfill them.
- As a Sales Development Representative, you will spend time sourcing prospects and qualifying them. You will learn and gain mastery of proven prospecting, lead developing, and lead-qualifying sales methodologies and processes.
- You will work closely with quota-carrying reps and have the opportunity to become one as you learn and grow your sales skills.
- In addition to being sales experts, we expect our people to be product, industry, and market experts. Maintaining and building upon that expertise requires continuous coaching, training, and self-development. On average, you will spend 15% of your week on such activities.

- Managing solution/project delivery.
- Technical solution design.
- Sourcing or managing resources for projects.
What you will learn?
- You will learn to identify what the customer is trying to solve and then articulate how Gigster's services and products are able to solve it.
- You will gain familiarity with a wide range of technologies and their use cases across industry verticals and domains.
- You will learn how to convey the value of complex technology solutions to clients succinctly.
- You will learn how to conduct effective discovery sessions that uncover needs and opportunities and link those needs and opportunities to product value propositions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects via our chatbot to qualify leads and set up further appointments.
- Prospect and outbound to existing customers to help identify new leads.
- Research and identify prospects within target accounts that fit our qualified buyer persona(s).
- Deliver compelling company introductions and value propositions.
- Update salesforce with lead, opportunity, account, and contact information.
- Respond to customer communications in a timely fashion.
Requirements
- 1+ year of previous sales development experience required.
- B2B technology or sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- A self-motivated individual with attention to detail and a focus on the quality of results.
- Proficiency with CRMs like Salesforce and Hubspot.
