Now, about the opportunity: In this Finance position at the Accounts Payable department at MediaMonks, you are a trusted finance expert supporting the processing and supplier invoices. You will be solely responsible for a number of countries in which Media Monks is active, to start with the United Kingdom (London). This role is part of the Accounts Payable team in Hilversum, which currently exists out of 8 persons. You will be a liaison between regional teams and their suppliers to process the incoming invoices. Our ideal candidate is an experienced AP accountant who is used to working in an international environment.

In this role you will:
- Book incoming invoices
- Book bank statements
- Prepare weekly payment lists
- Be in contact with the responsible colleagues of the entities regarding invoices and payments
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the Outstanding Payment List of your entities
Experience you already have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in AP accounting
- Knowledge of accounting principles and applications
- Self-driven and able to oversee the total AP process for its country
- Action-oriented person who has a problem solving mindset
- Familiar with accounting software
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
