(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- Perform all daily administration task such as meeting organizer, car arranging, hotel/ air ticket booking.
- Making payment for all office expenses (office rental, car rental, condo rental, electricity
- Administer grants, payment and transaction that relate to administration task support human resource, purchasing and administration process to ensure process accuracy and cost optimization.
- Communicate both of internal and external patties to ensure efficient and smooth administrative operation process
- Monitor/follow-up suppliers to ensure quality of deliverable such as leasing contract, car rental contract, …
- Maintain administration database and provide regular report to supervisor as requested
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc:
- University graduation on English language, business administration, accounting, or other related fields
- At least 3 years experience in Human Resource field with a background in HR Generalist or HR & Administration
- Good at English in both written and verbal skills
- Good at MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Communication and negotiation and presentation skills
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Can start working as soon as possible.
- Working day: Mon – Fri (5 days/week)
- Fully paid in Social Insurance on the first working month
