Purpose Statement
Develop and manage customer education programs while ensuring they are aligned with the overall goals and objectives. Execution of department and customer education-focused programs and projects as directed by the Customer Education Manager. Ensure customer education programs are executed with the implementation of strategy, delivery of objectives and execution of logistics while effectively working with stakeholders.
What we are looking for in you:
- Base in Guadalajara
- 1-2 years of experience as a Field Clinical Specialist/Therapy Developer/medical devices or Pharma.
- Biomedical Engineering or similar.
- Is responsible for the development & adoption of the assigned therapies in an assigned market.

- This position will design and execute a therapy awareness plan that is in alignment with the strategy of the division (PI)
- Ease of travel, at least 25% of the time: Nationwide. (Nuevo León-Sonora-Baja California-Sinaloa)

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer education programs are executed with the implementation of strategy, delivery of objectives, and execution of logistics while effectively working with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, internal and external, serving as a liaison between key educational opinion leaders and Boston Scientific programs.

- Communicate proactively to all levels of management and all stakeholders.
- Identify, partner with, and coordinate appropriate resources (i.e., vendor relationships, other internal departments, etc.) to ensure that meetings/events meet objectives.
- Define, track, and maintain budgets while ensuring cost savings measures, and understanding implications on general business objectives and strategies.
- Evaluate program impact, reassess objectives and outcomes; plan for continuous improvement.
