We are looking for a Social Media Assistant who will be responsible for optimizing our client's social media platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximum engagement. Your expertise in social media marketing will be essential in achieving our client's goals and establishing strong brand connections.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Post organic content on social platforms (FB/IG, YouTube, etc.) - client to provide copy and creative
- Execute a content calendar - client to provide a content calendar
- Community management (i.e. responding to social media engagement) - client to provide templates/scripts
- Monitor analytics and adjust according to client direction/parameters - client to provide prescriptive direction and ongoing oversight
- Templated reporting and dashboarding - client to provide templates
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned by client - client to provide clear, prescriptive direction
The Requirements:
Candidates must possess the following:
- 2+ years of organic social media experience (executing content calendar, community engagement/comms, etc.)
- Experience with G Suite is a must-have
- Amenable to work on Mountain Time Zone
It would be nice if the candidate also has the following:
- Basic creative edits in Canva (i.e. resizing, overlays) - client to provide brand guidelines and existing creative assets to iterate off
- Experience with Hootsuite
The ideal candidate will provide basic insights, best practices, and optimization recommendations. Support the creation and recommendation of ad copy/headlines/etc. Build reports from scratch - client to provide training and/or clear, prescriptive direction.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
