We are now looking for a
Specialist, Deployment (maternity leave)
to become part of the global Commercial & Operations Portfolio management & Business architecture team. The purpose of the Commercial & Operations unit is to ensure we are the most competitive in each of our businesses throughout the life cycle, and we reach our strategic targets by a step change in value creation for all stakeholders and by enabling success for our areas and frontlines. When it comes to deployment, the ambition is to enable the Area teams to take a global offering package that allows them to launch and deploy this offering in their markets.
KONE wants to be the best partner and create value for our customers throughout the full customer, building and equipment life cycle. You will ensure in the role of Deployment Specialist readiness of global offering and other global key deployment projects. Primarily you will look after global Modernization offering deployment readiness, but the ambition is to strengthen knowledge across the business lines and their respective global offerings. Your target is to achieve offering and project deployment readiness. You make sure that business leaders and offering managers are aware and engaged with the ambition and understand the benefits and impact of the offering both internally and externally.
Your key interfaces in this role are mainly the business line Offering managers including in the Area teams, and Sales operations managers, Marketing, selected KTI stakeholders such as the release Managers, and Commercial & Operations Portfolio managers.
Location of this position is Finland, preferably Espoo.
Key responsibilities:

Ensure deployment readiness of global offering, other prioritized key deployment projects, primary focus in the Modernization offering release 2023
-
Ensure simplicity in complexity to ensure that our colleagues are able to succeed with our customers when the offering is launched to the market, or when the project is ready to be deployed in a country

Building up deployment package together with the offering manager for global offerings
-
Form release communication and materials together with Marketing professionals and learning content and deliverables together with Learning professionals
-
Technical trainings in collaboration with KTI and sales trainings with offering managers/ other stakeholders in collaboration with L&D
-
Coordination and organizing of global offering launches and release kick-offs
-
Implement / support global business owners to build deployment approach for key projects
-
Continuous improvement modernization release process

Implementing deployment methodology
To succeed in this role, you should have:
-
Strong understanding and experience in deployment methodology and what is expected from global offering deployment readiness
-
Demonstrate experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, build roadmaps and plans and deliver as per the commitment and schedule

Ability to use people centric change approach in the deployment packages you build or support to build
-
Educational background: a relevant university degree in e.g. business administration, communications or similar

Fluent written and spoken English
