Providing conditions for a convenient search for documents;
Job Requirements:
fulfillment of requests for changes in the document management system (with an understanding of the validity of these changes);
changing document templates;
management of the document approval algorithm; management of directories, EDMS classifiers;
management of the level of access to documents;
