Job Overview:

The Outdoor Sales Executive for a technical services company is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, promoting the company's technical services, and building strong relationships with existing clients. The Outdoor Sales Executive is expected to have a solid understanding of the company's technical offerings and the ability to communicate their value effectively to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients in the target market segments.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.

Client Engagement:

Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their needs and challenges.
Present the company's technical services in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
Tailor solutions to meet clients' specific requirements and present customized proposals.

Sales and Negotiation:Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's technical expertise and solutions.
Address client objections and concerns, demonstrating the ability to overcome challenges and objections effectively.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Regularly follow up with clients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for additional services.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business growth.
Analyze market data to identify potential areas for expansion and innovation.

Sales Reporting and Target Achievement:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in a CRM system.
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and progress toward targets to management.

Collaboration:Coordinate with internal teams, including technical experts, marketing, and customer support, to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
Share client feedback and insights with relevant departments to improve service offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in technical services or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of the technical services offered by the company.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Commission

Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Sales in Technical Services: 2 years (Preferred)
