Spare Parts Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Delivery Spare Parts & accessories to dealers
• Forecasting Spare Parts & accessories for service sales according to requested from service supervisor.
• Monitor SP& accessories shortage and replenishment timely
• Treat the complaints from dealers & customer.
• Refund payment to the dealers’ account for SP in warranty by SAP
• Rent service vehicle for technicians and Renewed.
• New employee tools & uniforms setting

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• Bachelor degree with more than 3 years' working experience, and the experience related to heating or air condition system is required.
• Be good at office software and English (writing/reading) skill.
• The working experience related to purchasing or management will be preferred.
• Detail-oriented and have good sense of data analysis and management.
• Show strong interest in equipment maintenance with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to frequent business trip.
