Asiavesta Strategic Investment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team for the position:
INVESTMENT BANKING MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, finance, legal or a related field
- Min. 7 years of experience in the securities Industry, or at least 2 years as IB Head
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to a wide range of stakeholders
- A thorough understanding of business processes and the regulatory environment in which it operates
- Experience leading a public company through an initial public offering (IPO) is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong leadership, and managerial skills, with the ability to work well under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Underwriting equity offerings
- Conducting financial modelling and operational analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Preparing a restructuring plan for the organization's business model or operation when necessary
- Coordinating with the company’s legal and financial advisors to ensure that the restructuring is carried out in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Overseeing the execution of complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and initial public offerings (IPOs)
- Working closely with relevant teams to Identify potential new business opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp9,000,000 - Rp17,000,000 per month

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
