HR Manager [Pakistan]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and development.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
  • Oversee employee records, benefits, and payroll.
  • Resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Coordinate staff training and development.
  • Manage general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR and administration experience.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Multan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

  • 5+ years of (Preferred)
