Responsibilities:
- Manage HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and development.
- Implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
- Oversee employee records, benefits, and payroll.
- Resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
- Coordinate staff training and development.
- Manage general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR and administration experience.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Salary: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
