PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The primary responsibility of the MGM Rewards Representative is to provide service to guests at the MGM Rewards desk, including promoting and enrolling them in the MGM Rewards program, conducting redemptions and transaction of MGM Rewards promotions, answering questions about the MGM program or the property. All duties are to be performed in accordance with the department and property policies, practices, and procedures.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist guests with all requests, answer questions about MGM Rewards program, Direct Marketing Offers, MyVegas (where applicable), Special Event offers, program changes or update and understand and ensure consistent promotion of GameSense problem gambling program.
- Explain the MGM Rewards program in detail, enroll guest in the MGM Rewards Program, redeem guests points or offers.
- Apply MGM Rewards Points to guests' Hotel folio.
- Track and adjust receipts for members non-gaming spend.
- Redeem PO Offers, myVEGAS rewards and issue comps/FREEPLAY.
- Research, redeem and adjust Tier Credits.
- Navigate multiple computer systems, including Patron Management, myVegas(where applicable), MCP, Opera,Veridoc, GMP. - Assist guests in navigating the mobile app.
- Work with VIP Services to correct hotel reservations.
- Assist host in issuing discretionary and MGM Rewards Point Comps.
- Run companywide promotional events including, Holiday Gift Shoppe, Cruise Giveaway, Stay and Gift promo.
- Assists with promotional Slot Tournaments and event ticket distribution.- Perform other job related duties as requested.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
PREFERRED:
- One (1) year of customer service experience
- Knowledgeable of Player Tracker systems
- Bilingual
