Duties (include but are not limited to): Demonstrate knowledge of subject(s) through instructional practices Guide the learning process toward the achievement of Common Core State StandardsIntegrated technology use in classroom instructionCollaborative model of instruction with interventionist, special educators and special area teachersInstructor of Multi-Tiered System of Supports Response to Instruction and Intervention Document, chart and use assessment information to define instructional groupings which is corrective and informative Establish and maintain standards of student behavior conducive to an effective learning environment through the knowledge of Positive Behavior Supports and Interventions.Shared electronic lesson planning Direct and supervise the work of paraprofessionals, volunteers and student teachers assigned to the classroomMaintain productive lines of communication with students, parents, and colleagues concerning both the academic and social progress of all studentsImplement administrative directives in a professional manner (re: new programs and policies)Adhere to all District policies and regulations
