Capital Homes is hiring Acquisition Specialists for our hedge fund, and we are actively looking for individuals with advanced conversation skills, a desire to gain knowledge, and a drive to become successful in an industry full of opportunity. You will be calling, offering, and closing pre-assigned leads Monday through Friday. Our ideal Acquisition Specialist is a great communicator, passionate learner, great listener, and freedom driven individual. Ultimately, the responsibilities of our Acquisition Specialist are to gain the trust of various leads, and acquire as many properties that are presented from said leads. That is when the deal would be placed into our conveyor belt system for our Transaction Coordination Department to automate our closing process from there.

Responsibilities
- Following up with 50 pre-assigned leads per day (Mon-Fri).
- Keep track of leads with our CRM system (Podio.com).
- Be able to stay consistent within your work, without micromanagement needed.
- Ask your manager questions as they arrive.
Skills
- Ability to organize follow up calls (setting appointments to make offers, do negotiations, or send out contracts).
- Familiarity with Google.
- Excellent social skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt to other's energy in conversation (control over tonality).
