Account Manager [Philippines]


 

Elevate Outsourcing is in search of an Account Manager who will be working with our clients based in the US. The main goal of the role is to ensure that our clients have a great experience, sustain the relationships and identify opportunities to expand revenue from current customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting clients and VA relationships.
  • Meet or exceed company revenue, retention, growth goals and other KPIs.
  • Handle the client onboarding process to better understand their needs
  • Update clients on project statuses, timelines, and deadlines
  • Solve problems by coming up with concrete actions that lead to fast, meaningful solutions. Provide ETAs and solid updates on completion.
  • Handle clients and VA emails/calls/messaging check-ins and feedback
  • Be the client advocate inside the company to ensure high retention and growth from the business. Proactively offering solutions before being told
  • Develop new business with existing clients by staying knowledgeable about their growth needs.
  • Maintain account records and thorough documentation of the client interactions and lifecycle of their business
  • Ensure we're measuring client success and VA success, analyze and determine how to improve
  • Prepare periodic reports on account status and health, clearly communicate the progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reply to emails in a timely manner.
  • Assist with client outreach.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of proven work experience in account management and client relationship management for B2B US-based accounts/businesses.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in US-based client retention
  • Comfortable in spearheading onboarding calls
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills including measuring performance and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills, must be fluent/native in the English language
  • Great organization skills as you will need to keep track of multiple client needs, and even multiple projects at the same time for some clients
  • Proficient in Google Workspace.
  • Experience using HubSpot is a plus

Work Setup:

  • 100% Remote Work
  • Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM EST (8 hours shift with 1 hour break)
  • US Holidays
