Job Description
You will be part of a global team in leading continuous improvement projects across Asia-Pacific. You will partner with global team, individual change agents and country finance team to implement best practices and standardisation across different markets and business units. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and successful change management will be extremely crucial for this role. You will also need to work with outsourced providers on process redesign to enhance finance processes and facilitate solution based discussions among stakeholders to achieve win-win situation. You will work alongside key stakeholders in implementation and designing of new process change and provide training to process owners. You will develop a culture of process improvements in day to day work through sharing sessions across different markets.
The Successful Applicant
You should be Accounting and Finance degree qualified with recent years working in a finance transformation role either in consultancy or in-house transformation role specialising in Finance domain. You are someone with strong stakeholders management skills and ability to influence and drive change. You also have good EQ in building relationships across colleagues of different cultural background and being able to manage resistance to change. You are process oriented and comes with great knowledge of ERP systems and thrive well in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
