* Development and optimization of labor policy countrywide; • HR documents updating and actualization according to local law and business needs; • Development and optimization of HR administration processes, monitoring their execution (hiring, dismissals, transfers, vacations, business trips, etc.); • Maintaining staff lists, timesheets, vacation schedule; • Methodological support to the HR departments in all Business units; * HR document flow; * Policies updating, Org.structure changing, other projects
职位要求
• Higher education; • Work experience in HR admin at least 5 years (at least 2 years of work experience in an international company, with a distributed offices network), with a staff not less than 300 employees • Knowledge of the Labor legislation of the Russian Federation • Expertise with various working schedules, summarized working time; • Fluency in PC (Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel) • Ability to works in 1C ZUP 8.3; • Experience in working with the Federal Migration Service, Federal Tax Service, Russian Pension Fund; • English language not lower than upper-intermediate Knowledge of the Chinese language will be strong advantage.
