We are looking for an experienced part time office administrator to join our team and to help run our small friendly office.
Some of the responsibilities and requirements of this job would be as follows.
- Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages.
- Performing data entry roles, logging on quotation and job files on to existing CRM software, organisation of company training and logging of employee holidays, logging on delivery information and ordering of replacement items.
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery to ensure smooth office operations.
- Creating and sending quotation letters and risk and method statements to clients on behalf of the directors.

Applicants must be educated to GCSE level.
Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excell and must be confident when talking to clients.
Team player must be pro-active with the ability to work using own initiative when necessary.
Experience with the use of CRM software would be useful but training will be provided regardless.
The 15 hours will be spread over 3 mornings per week, preferably Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, but we can be flexible. We are happy for the successful applicant to work around school drop off and collection times, (9.30am to 2.30pm).
