We are hiring Finance Officer.
Experience: 1 to 2 year
Location : Tariq Road, Karachi.
Responsibilities
- Sound knowledge of accounting system and ERPs preferably Quick book
- Ability to post accounting entries into the system
- Ability to prepare daily bank and cash related vouchers for payment and receipt purposes;
- Should be able to prepare monthly bank, cash and vendor reconciliation statements
- Have knowledge pertaining to implications of income tax and sales tax
- Should have basic knowledge of recurring tax filings.
- Capability to support in the monthly closing process along with the Seniors
- Know how to maintain a fixed asset register.
- Coordination for annual external audit along with the Seniors.
- Assignments as given by the HOD
Skills Required
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- Familiarity with ERPs’ preferably Quick book and Oracle
- Good written and verbal English communication skills;
- Time and stress management;
- Teamwork
Qualification:
BBA /B.Com/MBA
