About the Role:

Led by the General Manager of Customer Experience, the claims team is a prime example of a successful and tailored delivery service that ensures exemplary customer service and follow up. With a strong team culture and a focus on training and development, they are keen to bring in fresh talent. This is a rare opportunity to join this team in a permanent fulltime WFH role.
Some of what you will be doing:
- With a customer centric approach, manage and settle Assignee Relocations claims
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with Kent Policies & Procedures
- Develop professional & effective relationships with Clients, Assignees & Suppliers
- Comply with the designated Relocation Process
- Maintain accurate records of claims management
- Solve client, supplier, and assignee service issues
About you:
Ideally you will have previous experience in insurance or claims management. This role will come with a full induction and a 1-week training program to get the individual up to speed.
