Intern Project Assistant [China]

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Intern of project management department executes under supervision sever al tasks, such as logistic supports, PPT creation, team activity organization, expense report, etc.
What you will do:

• Work with project management team to complete assigned tasks to support project managements, documentations, following up.
• Recording and organizing meeting notes
• Assisting in organizing team building activities, relevant purchasing and reimbursement.
• Assisting with project management systems administration (such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro…)
• Other logistic assistance tasks assigned by project manager.

The work tasks of project management interns include logistics support, PPT production, team activity organization, expense report production, etc.
Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the project management team to complete relevant work content, support project management, document writing and project follow-up work.
• Record and organize meeting minutes.
• Assist in the organization of team building activities and complete the relevant procurement and reimbursement process.
• Assist in managing project management systems (such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, etc.).
• Complete other logistics assistance tasks assigned by the project manager. QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent communication skills. p>
• Patient and scrubulous, ability to multitask.
• Good English in both written and oral
• Passion on games.
• Able to work 5 days a week for at least 6 months.

Job Requirements:

• Able to use Microsoft Office software proficiently (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.).
• Good communication skills.
• Rigorous, patient, and good at multitasking.
• Good command of English reading and writing.
• Interested in the gaming industry.
• Can guarantee five days a week for six months of internship.
