ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer inquiries and provide recommendations via phone and email
- Process requests for quotations
- Process purchase orders
- Coordinates back-ordered items to customers
- Return Merchandise Authorization/Replacement Documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably familiar with the plastics and lighting industry
- Ability to describe technical details in clear and concise language
- Customer-oriented, with an ability to adapt and find solutions to customer concerns and questions
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, or Odoo a plus, but not required

Pay: From Php24,000.00 per month
