Customer Service Representative (CSR) [Philippines]


 

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inquiries and provide recommendations via phone and email
  • Process requests for quotations
  • Process purchase orders
  • Coordinates back-ordered items to customers
  • Return Merchandise Authorization/Replacement Documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferably familiar with the plastics and lighting industry
  • Ability to describe technical details in clear and concise language
  • Customer-oriented, with an ability to adapt and find solutions to customer concerns and questions
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, or Odoo a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php24,000.00 per month

  • 8 hour shift
