- Processing all inquiries thru phone, email to discuss customer requirements, and responsible for accurate and timely issuance of quotations and Performa Invoices
- Follow up on quotation and order status, includes interacting with the client and other departments as needed to finalize the order
- Working under the Supervision of Sales Manager and Providing support and assistance in order to meet the target and company goal assigned by the management
- Highly focused on customer satisfaction, coordinating between Sales Operations, store, and Customer, and providing accurate delivery details to ensure that the materials will deliver on time Skills
- Knowledge of modern techniques and their implementation to boost sales activities.
- Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
- Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
- Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
- Apt in dealing with clients and engagingly presenting product data for potential leads.
- Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
- Bachelor Degree and at least 2+ years of Experience as Sales Coordinator in UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
