Performs and coordinates all Laboratory Asset Management Program (LAMP) activities at assigned Customer site. Acts as Site Leader backup on demand.
LAMP activities include and might not be limited to:
Document Review & Approval / Asset Release
- Reviews and approves documents as part of calibration, maintenance, and repair work as per the LAMP/ OneSource services’ scope
- Releases assets after successful completion of calibration, maintenance, and repair work as per the LAMP / OneSource services’ scope
Data Management / Administrative Release
- Adds, updates, reviews, and releases positions (Messstellen) in the WAG calibration database (e.g., Beamex CMX)
- Reviews, approves, and performs administrative release of successful calibration and maintenance entries in the WAG calibration database (e.g., Beamex CMX)

Administration PerkinElmer / OneSource- Manages shipping and reception of assets for external services (calibration, maintenance, repair)
- Plans the services’ work tasks and communicates the scheduled dates for the calibration and maintenance as per the due dates from the systems provided by Customer (e.g., Beamex CMX, COMET / SAP PM)
- Administrates service requests, work orders, and workflows in the systems provided by WAG (e.g., Beamex CMX, COMET SAP / PM)
- Creates lists, reports, and evaluations with the systems provided by WAG (e.g., Beamex CMX, COMET SAP / PM)
- Creates, updates, and maintains evaluations, statistics, and documentations supporting the LAMP / OneSource services’ scope
Management External Service Provider (ESP)
- Coordinates and manages asset services provided by External Service Providers managed through LAMP / OneSource
- Schedules and arranges service appointments with ESPs and asset owners
- Manages ESPs on site (introduction/ briefing, training, documentation)
- Oversees service delivery and checks / reviews related documentation
EHS Management / Vendor Management
- Contact person of the LAMP / OneSource team for EHS-relevant topics, including personal protective equipment, chemical safety, occupational safety, and compliance with EHS
- relevant regulations-Performs activities in the LAMP / OneSource team connected to ESP vendor management, including vendor qualification, ensuring vendor compliance to applicable regulations, and performing vendor assessment and documentation
Changes / Deviations / Corrective Measures
- Processes Changes, Temporary Changes, Deviations (NOE), and Corrective / Preventive actions (CAPA)
- Contributes to changes and investigations as a member of cross-functional teams
Work Instructions
- Works in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), company internal policies, and other applicable company internal and legal guidelines
- Trains all relevant work instructions, procedures, policies, and guidelines in a timely, complete, and successful manner and documents the training appropriately

- Works in accordance with applicable company internal EHS instructions and statutory environmental, health, and safety regulations
