Description Our busy horticulture firm requires Maintenance Assistants to urgently work with us. You will have a dynamic role which will report to and support our management staff such as Team Leaders and Supervisors. Requirements: No qualifications or experience required, and all training will be provided. You must: o Be physically fit and strong. o Be able to work in high temperatures. o Have a passion for the horticulture industry. o Be punctual, reliable and honest. o Be able to work shift rotations weekends included. o Work well in a team. o Be alert and safety conscious. o Have good attention to detail. o Have good hand-eye coordination. JobDescription: Your duties will include but be not limited to: receive deliveries, check stock received, put appropriate signages daily around the workplace, open and close gates on the field, check and distribute equipment, attend calls and attend to enquiries, assist clients and growers and inform them of any issues, may operate tractors and other machinery or equipment, clean working areas and pick up all debris.
