Job Title: Branch Sales Supervisor - Immigration and Visa Processing Services - European candidate preferred! - Immediate Availability to Start!
Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Timing: 6 days per week. Monday to Friday 2 pm - 10 pm; Saturday 8 am - 10 pm; Sunday Off.
Salary: AED 5000-7000 per month, plus AED 1000 per every 50 team sales accomplished.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Branch Sales Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and IT skills, with experience using MS Office applications. Experience in CRM software will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch office, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Sales Department to ensure smooth operations of the branch office
Monitor and manage the daily activities of the sales team, including attendance, performance, and workflow
Create and maintain various reports for different levels of management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager
Requirements:
Russian Language is preferred, but not essential
Fluent English communication skills
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
Experience in using CRM software (preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Bachelor's degree is preferred
