Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage customers’ queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Supervise and ensure smooth running of the front of house operation
- Assist F&B Manager with achieving restaurant financial targets
- Assist F&B Manager with training and development of team members
- Comply with safety, health and food regulations
Requirements
- Customer orientated
- Able to work 5 days a week including weekend and public holidays
- Able to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Able to respond and adapt to different work situations
