1. Responsible of recruitment activities such as screening, filtering, interview and salary negotiation. 2. Assists of other human resources function such as payroll, leave management, staff claims etc. 3. Update and maintain employee personal information 4. Review and monitor in matters related to staff attendance such as absence and punctuality, 5. Maintain effective filling system and HR records for easy retrieval purpose. 6. Assists of employee grievance matter 7. Others duties as assigned by superior.
