QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or any related course
- Preferably with 5 years of experience specializing in General Human Resources
- Must have extensive experience in payroll computations and preparation, recruitment and employee relations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Knowledgeable of Labor laws and Philippine Labor Code
- Must have proficient skills in MS Excel
- Must have three references that are reachable
- Must be highly organized and efficient
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision
- Must have a high sense of integrity
- Willing to work on alternating Saturdays
- Willing to work in Merville, Pasay
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles HR related paperwork e.g. payroll, memos, personnel files (201).
- Implements and creates the Company policies and procedures regularly with proper series
- Responsible for mediating/conflict management.
- Will be a part of the leadership team who will create or help improve the policies, procedures and culture of the company.
- Handles recruitment, applicant screening and preliminary interviews
- In-charge of disciplinary sanctions, employment renewals, termination, resignation clearance and exit interviews
- Supports in structuring and conducting quarterly performance evaluations for staff members
- Responsible for attendance monitoring; Prepares monthly, mid-year and end-year attendance reports, including summary of leaves, absences and suspensions.
- Gives recommendations regarding company policies
- Files and updates SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth and other related employee benefits
- Coordinates with government agencies regarding update on government policy concerning new government rules and regulations.
- Issues Certificate of Employment to resigned employees that have completed their clearance process.
- Submits supporting documents for clearance and release of final pay to Accounting Department.
- Responsible in the issuance of memos to employees who do not abide by the Code of Conduct
- Maintains company server organization
- Conducts orientation and training of new hires comprehensively with regards to company culture, policy and procedures
- Responsible in organizing and filing of all HR related documents (both digital and hard copies)
- Supports other departments with their tasks if necessary
- Performs all other necessary tasks that are admin and HR related

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
