Contractors and adjusters are using outdated, manual systems to gather building code information to create roofing estimates - leaving money on the table and wasting massive amounts of time. The latest roofing technology app, OneClick Code, gives them the accurate information they need in the click of a button. Helping our users save an hour on every roof for less than the sandwhich they had for lunch.
OneClick Data is a data and analytics platform company providing tools for finding and documenting data to build faster and more accurate roofing estimates. Their flagship product, OneClick Code, was born out of an immense need to automate an antiquated, manual system of finding and verifying building codes in the property restoration claims process. Rooted in the belief time and energy should be spent on things that create value, not wasting time on inefficiency, OneClick Code completely changes the way the insurance restoration industry functions. The Team
OneClick Data is made up of an in-house team based in Denver, CO with our other team members working remotely around the U.S., Phillipines, Ukraine, and South America to name a few. We communicate with each other via Slack, Asana, Zoom, and Gmail on a daily basis.
The Position
As Marketing Coordinator you will assist our Director of Marketing and Communications in content creation, campaign management, optimizing operational systems and reporting to ensure that the company-wide initiatives are being met. You will be focused on marketing the Code product and will expand to the other products as the pipeline grows.
Your focus will be on demand generation and lead generation to assist the sales team. You will be leveraging the HubSpot platform as well as working with existing and researching new technology that the company can use to grow our tech stack. You will also be responsible for part of our content and online presence in the form of social media, newsletters and blogs.

Responsabilities
- Strategize, deploy, and manage social media calendar and assets within Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin
- Stay in touch with our social audience and propose ways to grow our reach
- Compile and assist in creating marketing materials and sales collateral for events and tradeshows as needed
- Develop demand generation and lead generation campaigns including but not limited to:
- Email campaigns
- Paid media campaigns
- Events and Tradeshow lead gen campaigns
- Conversational marketing campaigns
- Sales enablement campaigns
- Write content for website pages, ebooks, blogs, etc. as needed to assist the Director
- Optimize existing campaigns
- Optimize existing marketing and sales automation systems using HubSpot
- Design and build sales systems and automation processes to increase sales productivity and revenue;
- Collaborate with Director of Marketing to strategize and implement marketing plan
- Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints;
- Work with the Product Development team in the research and launch of new company products as wekk as assist with UX of our products
- Create monthly newsletters to both of our audiences (roofers and adjusters)
- Be the marketing contact for any tradeshows and events we attend as a company.
Essential skills for this position include
- Ability to translate market research into common language
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
- Knowledge or willingness to learn Canva and Adobe products
- Aptitude with various social media platforms as well as the data tracking tools associated with them
- Ability to quickly learn and process information
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent written communication skills used for copywriting and communicating with outside and internal teams
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly and understand how to write content that converts
- The ability to bounce between projects and deliver results on time
- Great communicator with experience meeting with clients and internal teams to collaborate on strategy and creative brainstorm sessions
- Ability to work remotely and be self-motivated
- Passion for digital marketing and ability to consistently stay ahead of market trends
- Able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude

- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong competence with marketing automation platforms such as CRM and email platforms
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with Asana, Slack, Google, and Zoom are preferred (will educate if you do not have prior experience)
- Some Hubspot knowledge is a must
- Be able to prioritize tasks and stay focused with a high attention to detail
Education & Experience
- Hubspot experience (1+ years)
- Minimum of 1 years experience in marketing and communications
- Fluent in written and oral English
