Requirements
- Matric
- At least 3-5 years in Reservations in a Lodge environment.
- Previous use of Semper, SiteMinder and common booking channels.
- Able to handle a high amount of bookings and management of the bookings (Inbound Tour Operators, Outbound Tour Operators, Direct Bookings etc)
- Able to handle difficult guests and situations would be a plus.
- High level of telephone etiquette & excellent all-round communication skills (Excellent command of the English)
- Preference would be given to someone who is analytical
- Professional and well groomed
- Peoples person (Hosting would be a requirement)
- Self-Starter and a person who can take initiative
