Role Description:
Responsible for studying project drawings and preparing HVAC shop drawings as requested by Project Engineer.
Responsibilities:
· Studying project drawings/specifications and preparing HVAC shop drawings with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
· Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
· Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CAD systems.
· Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
· Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
· Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
· Sizing of ducts & CHW piping as per ASHRAE standards.
· Selection of grille / diffusers as per air flow / design.
· Preparation of MEP coordination drawings incorporating all MEP services.
· Checking & incorporating AC equipment details.
